Anansi Boys - St. Andrews

It took me a while, but I finally figured out that St. Andrews is a totally imaginary island in the Caribbean.

There are so many little islands in the Caribbean, that I didn't realize this one didn't really exist. But, alas, it's true. (I'd love to visit St. Andrews for a couple years some time!)

It doesn't look as if any of the Caribbean islands actually have no extradition treaty. Extradition might be tough, but it's not impossible.

Banking laws, on the other hand, are pretty tight!

Would you want to actually live on a Caribbean island? Not just visit one? If you knew you couldn't return to your home here?

To discover more about the Caribbean Island look in the library's databases - "Lands and People" or "CultureGrams". There is a wealth of information about the area to help you decide if you are interested in living in the area.
